Monterey County libraries have recess, fine-free month
The Salinas Californian
All branches and programs of Monterey County Free Libraries will be closed for a winter recess beginning Dec. 23. The Seaside Branch and administrative offices will reopen Jan. 2. All other branches and the bookmobiles will resume regular services Jan. 3.
